n We are looking for an experienced Ex-Armed Forces Officer to lead our institution as Director Principal.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Provide strategic leadership and overall administration of the school.
n Foster a culture of discipline, integrity, patriotism, and excellence.
n Lead academic planning while ensuring high educational standards.
n Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
n Develop leadership, personality development, and defence-oriented training programs.
n Ensure compliance with CBSE and other statutory guidelines.
n Build strong relationships with parents, students, and stakeholders.
n Monitor student discipline, safety, and overall campus operations.
n Drive admissions, branding, and institutional growth initiatives.
n Mentor staff and create a high-performance work culture.

n n Ex-Armed Forces Officer (Indian Army / Navy / Air Force)

n Bachelor's Degree required.
n Master's Degree preferred.
