n Chandigarh University is seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Team Leader – Inside Sales to manage and lead a large team of admissions counselors. The role requires solid expertise in Education / EdTech / University admissions sales, with a proven ability to drive conversions, manage high-volume teams, and achieve aggressive admission targets in a fast-paced environment.
n The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end team performance management, CRM oversight, and ensuring consistent achievement of enrollment goals.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead and manage a team of 20–80 inside sales counselors
n Drive consistent achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
n Oversee complete lead-to-admission funnel management
n Monitor and improve team performance, productivity, and conversion ratios
n Handle CRM operations, reporting, and data management
n Manage shrinkage, attrition, and workforce efficiency
n Conduct regular coaching, mentoring,



and performance improvement sessions
n Ensure adherence to process, quality standards, and sales discipline
n Work in a high-pressure, target-oriented sales environment

n n Strong leadership and people management skills
n Excellent verbal communication skills in English (fluent & confident)
n Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
n Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales dashboards
n Ability to manage large teams in a performance-driven setup
n Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
n Comfortable working under strict targets and deadlines
n n Eligibility Criteria
n n Minimum 5 years of experience as Team Leader – Inside Sales
n Mandatory experience in Education / EdTech / University / College admissions
n Proven track record of managing large teams (20+ members) and driving sales performance

n 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

n ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
