n About the Role
n As a Global Sales Executive, you'll engage with international customers, consult parents on our learning programs, and drive enrollments while building a rewarding career in global sales.
n Responsibilities
n n Connect with prospective parents across international markets through virtual consultations.
n Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable learning programs for their children.
n Build strong relationships and guide families throughout the decision-making process.
n Deliver compelling product presentations and confidently address customer queries.
n Own the complete sales cycle—from lead engagement to successful enrollment.
n Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
n Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
n Continuously enhance your sales, communication, and negotiation skills through structured training and coaching.
n n Qualifications
n n Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
n Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or Inside Sales.
n n Required Skills
n n Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
n Passion for sales, customer engagement, and achieving targets.
n Positive attitude, strong learning ability, and growth mindset.
n Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
n n Pay range and compensation package
n n Training Period (First 2 Months): ₹20,000/month stipend
n Post Training - ₹8.36 LPA
n Fixed CTC: ₹4.36 LPA + Incentives ₹4 LPA
