Design Cafe is hiring a SALES MANAGER for its Chennai (MOUNT ROAD CENTER ).

Minimum Experience - 3 plus years in inside sales or similar
Industry Preference - Interior Design Firms,Real Estate, Ed tech,Retail, Automotive

Role - Individual Contributor

Roles & Responsibilities:
Build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects
Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us
Responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interiors designers
Provide world-class customer experience by extending passion and commitment for serving customers
The ideal candidate for this role will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and running a sales team, with explicit sales targets
Candidates should come with a proven track record of taking ownership,



understanding customer pain-points, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a quick-paced environment.
Should be effective communicators who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, business partners and vendors, alike

Requirements:

~ Excellent verbal and written communications skills
~2 to 3 years of prior experience in B2C Sales hitting minimum monthly targets .
~ Strong listening and presentation skills
~ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Qualifications:
A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education)
Minimum Experience - 3 plus years in inside sales or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
