Job Description Job Title: Interior Designer
n Location : Bangalore
n Position Overview:
n We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Design Consultant who can lead design projects from concept to completion , & interaction with the clients while effectively managing on-site execution ability to handle business development related meetings and collaborations. The ideal candidate will combine strong design sensibilities with hands-on site coordination skills to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
n Key Responsibilities:
n Design & Planning:
n n Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements
n Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, mood boards, and 3D designs
n Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements
n Ensure designs comply with client expectations, budgets, and timelines
n n Client Coordination:
n n Understand client needs and present design proposals
n Ability to handle business development related meetings & collaborations
n Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress and approvals
n Incorporate feedback and provide design revisions accordingly
n n Site Coordination & Execution:
n n Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and quality of work
n Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth execution
n Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
n Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions




n n Project Management:
n n Prepare project timelines and ensure timely completion
n Track material procurement and deliveries
n Maintain project documentation and reports
n Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
n n Vendor Coordination & Procurement
n Coordinate with vendors for quotations and material sourcing
n Support in preparing buyout quotations and cost estimates
n Track material orders, deliveries, and site readiness
n Assist in managing product selections and showroom visits
n Documentation & Handover
n Maintain project files including drawings, approvals, and quotations
n Support preparation of handover documents and reports
n Assist in post-project follow-ups and after-sales service coordination
n Required Skills & Competencies
n Design Skills
n Basic understanding of space planning and interior design principles
n Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture layouts
n Technical Skills
n Proficiency in:
n AutoCAD
n SketchUp / photoshop, vray, 3D software (preferred)
n MS Office
n Soft Skills
n Positive communication and interpersonal skills
n Strong attention to detail
n Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
n Willingness to learn and adapt
n Team player with a proactive attitude
