n Job Summary
n We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Global Operations Center (GOC) to monitor and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations in an EMS environment. The role involves operational reporting, KPI tracking, cross-functional coordination, and supporting management with performance insights to ensure smooth plant operations.
n Roles & Responsibilities
n n Monitor overall plant operations including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
n Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for operational performance.
n Track key manufacturing KPIs such as Production Output, OEE, Rejection Rate, and Delivery Performance.
n Identify operational gaps and escalate issues to relevant departments for quick resolution.
n Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, SCM,



and Logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
n Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and process guidelines.
n Review and validate ERP data (SAP / Oracle) for accuracy and reporting.
n Support management with data analysis, dashboards, and performance reports.
n Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce cost.
n Participate in management reviews, operational meetings, and performance discussions.
n Lead and guide GOC team members for effective monitoring and coordination.
