Job Description Teleperformance is Hiring || Site Wellness Lead
n n Location: Mohali
n Experience: Relevant experience in Wellness, Counselling, Psychology, Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or Employee Well-being Programs.
n n Key Responsibilities:
n n Lead and drive the site Wellness Program while ensuring compliance with organizational wellness standards.
n Manage and mentor third-party counsellors to deliver high-quality employee support.
n Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to enhance wellness initiatives.
n Conduct wellness audits, maintain reports, and analyze program effectiveness through data-driven insights.
n Present wellness metrics in MBR, QBR, and HBR meetings.
n Oversee client and internal reporting requirements.
n Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback and implementing best practices.
n Partner with Recruitment, HR,



and Operations to integrate wellness into the employee lifecycle.
n Work closely with global research teams on wellness-related initiatives.
n n What We're Looking For:
n n Bachelor's degree in psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
n Experience managing Wellness Programs, preferably for Trust & Safety / Content Moderation environments.
n Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
n Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
n Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams.
n Ability to handle multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
n Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
