Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance market presence
- Lead the negotiation and finalization of business contracts and agreements
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and market needs
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
- Prepare and present business development reports to senior management
- Stay updated on industry developments and regulations to drive innovation and compliance

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

Bachelor / Master's degree in business administration along with Engineering graduation.

Experience

Around 5-8 years of expertise in the Infrastructure Industry (Ports / Airports / Road / Power / Ropeways)
