Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Advisor / Senior Solution Architect to

serve as a senior individual contributor and technical subject matter expert across strategic

customer engagements.

This is a hands-on role that spans both the sales and delivery lifecycle. The successful

candidate will lead technical solutioning, build critical components, resolve complex

implementation challenges, and remain accountable for the technical quality and successful

delivery of assigned customer solutions.

The role requires solid experience in low-code platforms, enterprise architecture, integrations,

hands-on application development, customer-facing solutioning, and technical delivery

ownership. The individual will also mentor the broader technical team and help strengthen

delivery capability, standards, and execution quality.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Development

- Lead the end-to-end technical solution for strategic and enterprise customer engagements
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable applications and workflows
- Design and build complex low-code applications, workflows, integrations, data models, reports, and automation components
- Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and reusable components
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional, technical, integration, performance, and security issues
- Establish development standards, reusable patterns, and implementation best practices

Technical Delivery Accountability

- Own the technical solution from pre-sales handover through implementation and go-live




- Ensure delivered solutions align with agreed business requirements, architecture, scope, and platform capabilities
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints early in the engagement
- Work closely with project managers and delivery leads to track progress, risks, and milestones
- Take ownership of technical escalations, working directly with internal teams and customers to resolve them
- Ensure successful handover, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Pre-Sales Solutioning

- Partner with sales and account management during opportunity discovery and solution qualification
- Lead technical discovery workshops covering business processes, systems, integrations, and security requirements
- Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate proposed solutions
- Contribute to proposals, statements of work, effort estimates, and implementation roadmaps
- Communicate platform capabilities, limitations, and delivery risks clearly to customers
- Identify potential expansion opportunities based on customer needs and platform capabilities

Project & Engagement Support

- Take ownership of selected customer projects or technical workstreams as needed
- Support project planning, milestone definition, risk tracking, and status reporting




- Manage a limited number of smaller projects alongside hands-on solution responsibilities

Team Growth & Mentoring

- Mentor solution architects, technical consultants, and developers through pairing and hands-on coaching
- Create reusable solution patterns, development standards, templates, and technical documentation
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and technical evaluation of team members

Required Experience

- Significant experience as a solution architect, technical architect, senior developer, or technical lead
- Strong hands-on experience building enterprise applications on low-code/no-code platforms such as Kissflow, Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, ServiceNow, Salesforce Platform, or similar
- Proven experience leading technical solutioning across both pre-sales and delivery stages
- Strong application development experience — workflow design, data modeling, business rules, UI, integrations, reporting, and automation
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integrations, REST APIs, web services, identity and access management, databases, and cloud platforms
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues through testing, deployment, and production stabilization
- Experience contributing to proposals, statements of work, estimates, and implementation plans
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills — able to work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior customer leaders
- Experience mentoring technical team members while remaining an individual contributor
