About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to customers, developers, and merchants. You will troubleshoot and resolve integration, API, and product-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to code, APIs, connectivity, and networking

- Support integration and configuration across web and mobile platforms

- Assist with merchant onboarding and share best practices

- Log defects and escalate unresolved issues to product or engineering teams





- Communicate live issues to stakeholders clearly

Required Skills:

- Education: B.E/ B.Tech / BSc in CS/IT or related field

- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java and any .NET, PHP

- Web Tech: Robust knowledge of Front-end, Back-end, JavaScript, HTML, REST APIs

- 2.5+ years in Software Development or Technical Support

- Good problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication
