Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and recruit US dental professionals.
- Hire for roles including Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Office Managers, Lab Technicians, and other dental support positions.
- Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate relationships.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline and achieve recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure timely candidate submissions.

Requirements:

- Experience in US Staffing is mandatory.
- US Dental Recruitment experience is preferred.
- US Healthcare Recruiters are also encouraged to apply.
- Robust communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder.
