We are seeking a agile and driven *Business Development Executive* to spearhead growth in our Fixed Income product portfolio, including *Bonds, Debentures, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Corporate Fixed Deposits, Bill Discounting* . The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard new clients (retail, HNI, and corporate)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, corporates, and financial institutions.
- Drive sales of Bonds, Debentures, NCDs, Corporate FDs, Bill Discounting
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and risk-return profiles.
- Cross-sell and upsell financial products to maximize revenue.
- Market Development




- Explore new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop innovative sales campaigns and outreach programs.
- Operational & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards.
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution of transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
