Job Responsibilities:
- Handle production / maintenance activities in the plant
- Ensure smooth operation of machines and equipment
- Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and carry out preventive maintenance
- Maintain production targets and quality standards
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
- Maintain safety standards on shop floor
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial machines
- Experience in production or maintenance setting
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing
