Description

Job Description (JD):

- Operate packing machines (blister/bottle/strip) as per SOPs
- Perform line clearance and batch changeover activities
- Ensure correct packing, labeling, and coding as per BMR/BPR
- Maintain cGMP, safety, and hygiene standards in the area
- Record daily packing and production data accurately
- Coordinate with QA for in-process checks and approvals
- Identify and report deviations, breakdowns, or abnormalities
- Ensure proper handling and storage of packing materials

Skills:

- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical packing operations
- Understanding of cGMP and SOP compliance
- Attention to detail and accuracy in labeling/coding
- Ability to handle machines and perform basic troubleshooting
- Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills
- Team coordination and communication skills
- Awareness of safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
