- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI positions across Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Broking, and Financial Services sectors
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and database hiring
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews
- Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Understand client requirements and close positions within timelines
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and follow-up records
- Achieve monthly hiring and revenue targets
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- MBA/BBA with 0-2 years of work experience
- Having positive English speaking abilities
- Should have little knowledge of Higher Education Industry
- Knowledge of Linkedin, Excel, Whatsapp, Facebook is must
