Job Description:

We are hiring a Website Manger in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities
Website Management
Manage and maintain the Plantex D2C website
Ensure smooth website operations, UI/UX coordination, and product visibility
Coordinate with developers/designers for website improvements
Monitor website speed, mobile responsiveness, and customer journey
Product & Catalog Management
Upload new products, banners, collections, and landing pages
Maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory sync
Create category pages and optimize product discoverability
Conversion Optimization
Improve website conversion rate (CRO)
Work on cart abandonment reduction strategies
Optimize homepage, PDPs, and checkout flow
Analyze customer behavior and suggest improvements
Performance Marketing Coordination
Coordinate with Meta Ads and Google Ads teams
Create campaign landing pages
Track ROAS, traffic quality, and website performance
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor website sales, sessions, conversion rates,



and customer behavior
Generate weekly and monthly reports
Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, etc.
Customer Experience
Improve overall D2C customer journey
Coordinate with customer care and warehouse teams for smooth order flow
Handle website-related customer issues
Required Skills
Experience in Shopify / WooCommerce / D2C website handling
Basic understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads
Good understanding of UI/UX and customer journey
Knowledge of conversion optimization
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of SEO
Positive communication and ownership mindset
Preferred Experience
1–5 years experience in D2C brand or e-commerce company
Experience handling Shopify websites preferred
Experience in home improvement / lifestyle / consumer brand is a plus
