Job Description:

Role Summary

The Field Liaison Executive will be responsible for handling regular field coordination and government department follow-ups related to approval processes for real estate projects. The role requires robust discipline, daily department visits, and effective coordination with officials to ensure smooth movement of approval files.

KRA: Task / Activities

- Conduct regular physical visits to government departments for approval follow-ups and coordination.
- Track approval file movement and update management on current status and pending actions.
- Coordinate with department officials, consultants, and internal teams for smooth approval processing.
- Maintain daily visit reports and submit regular status updates to reporting managers.
- Handle local coordination activities related to approvals and documentation submissions.
- Ensure timely follow-up without depending entirely on senior management intervention.




- Support approval teams in resolving department-level queries and follow-up requirements.

KPI: Performance Metrics

- Timely follow-up and movement of approval files.
- Accuracy and consistency in daily visit reports and updates.
- Effective coordination with government departments and officials.
- Reduction in approval delays through proactive field follow-up.
- Discipline, punctuality, and reliability in field activities.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Skills

- Strong field coordination and government department follow-up experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain reports, trackers, and daily updates accurately.

Preferred skills

- Experience in real estate approvals or liaison activities.
- Familiarity with local government departments and approval procedures.
- Two-wheeler / four-wheeler mobility preferred.
