Job Description:
The Store & Dispatch Executive manages raw materials (paper reels, starch, ink) and finished corrugated boxes. They optimize warehouse space, track inventory accurately, and ensure timely, damage-free dispatches to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Store Management

- Material Receipt: Inspect incoming paper reels, ink, and stitching wire against purchase orders.

- Stock Verification: Conduct weekly cycle counts and monthly physical stock audits.

- Storage Optimization: Organize paper reels by GSM and BF to maximize floor space.

- Wastage Control: Monitor and report scrap generated during handling and storage.

Dispatch & Logistics

- Loading Supervision: Ensure correct stacking of corrugated boxes to prevent crushing during transit.

- Documentation: Prepare delivery chalans, tax invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills.

- Vehicle Planning:



Coordinate with local transporters to secure trucks at competitive freight rates.

- TAT Management: Track turn-around time from production handover to customer doorstep.

System & Compliance

- ERP Logging: Maintain real-time data entries for all material issues (FIFO/FEFO) and receipts.

- Safety Compliance: Enforce forklift safety and fire hazard protocols in the paper storage zone.

Job Requirements

- Experience: 6 years in store and dispatch roles, specifically within corrugated packaging.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream or a Diploma in Material Management.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and MS Excel.

- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of paper GSM, bursting factor (BF), and 3PL/5PL transport.
