Job Summary:
We are seeking a agile and experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee and manage key HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee grievances and ensure disciplinary processes are followed appropriately.

Coordinate training and development initiatives.

Support performance appraisal cycles and employee feedback mechanisms.

Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
•
Maintain and update HR systems and databases.
