Salary Budget : 4.20 to 4.80 LPA

Location : Vadodara (Akota)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in project execution to manage and coordinate EPC/industrial projects from site mobilization to commissioning. The role involves planning, execution control, coordination with internal teams, vendors as well as clients, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage project execution activities at site in coordination with design, procurement, and construction teams.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with client, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and ensure correct implementation at site.
- Conduct site meetings, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and update management.
- Identify execution risks,



site constraints, and take corrective actions.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Ensure adherence to company quality, safety, and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in project execution / site engineering (EPC / industrial projects preferred).
- Strong understanding of EPC project workflows and site execution practices.
- Ability to manage site teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Willingness to travel or stay at project sites as per project requirements.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in industrial plants, water/wastewater treatment projects.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality systems, and statutory compliance.
- Valuable leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, or similar project tracking tools.
