Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Network Engineer to join our infrastructure team and are looking for your assistance in identifying suitable candidates.

1. Hardware Skills

- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

- Understanding of motherboards, RAM, hard drives, power supplies, and related hardware components.

- Ability to assemble and disassemble computer hardware components.

2. Networking Skills

- Setting up and configuring LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.

- Knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP.

- Router and switch configuration experience (Cisco, D-Link, etc.).

- Basic firewall and network security knowledge.

- Troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

3. Certifications

- Hardware & Networking certification preferred.

Soft Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Robust problem-solving ability.

- Patience and customer service mindset, especially for support roles.

- Willingness to work in shifts or on-call support roles if required.

5. Experience Requirements

- Entry-Level: Basic knowledge, internships, or training programs.

- Mid-Level: 1–3 years of experience with hardware and networking support.

The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day IT infrastructure support, hardware troubleshooting, and network management activities efficiently.
