Job Description:

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Pre-sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in handling inbound leads through platforms like IndiaMART. The candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with sales and product teams, and ensuring timely follow-up to convert leads into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and qualify inbound leads generated from IndiaMART and similar B2B platforms.
Understand customer requirements from lead details and initiate timely contact.
Provide product information, conduct initial needs analysis, and respond to inquiries.
Coordinate with sales and technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Maintain CRM records with accurate lead status, follow-ups, and feedback.
Track lead conversion metrics and optimise lead engagement processes.




Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and lead nurturing.
Participate in customer meetings, product demos, and negotiations as needed.
Stay updated on products, competitors, and industry trends to handle objections.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
2-3 years of experience managing inbound leads on IndiaMART or similar platforms.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
Experience using CRM systems for lead and customer management.
Basic technical understanding relevant to the product/service domain.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
