- Client management: Understanding clients' businesses, cash flows, and trade-related activities to identify opportunities and grow client relationships

- Working capital solutions: Providing working capital solutions to clients, such as cash credit, demand loans, buyers credit, LC, and BG

- Product customization: Customizing products to meet client requirements

- Portfolio growth: Increasing the book size and profitability of the assigned portfolio

- Client acquisition: Planning activities to acquire current clients and working closely with branch banking teams

- Cross-selling: Cross-selling products to customers to increase wallet share

- Housekeeping: Performing housekeeping tasks such as CAM renewals, deferral closure, stock statements, and insurance renewals

- Coordination: Coordinating with credit and local operations for various customer requirements
