- Help qualified borrowers successfully obtain mortgages (Home Loan)
- Educate customers on mortgage rules and regulations, interest rates, and the application process
- Advise customers,
- Collecting all documentation and information they need to process applications
- Ensure all deadlines are met, addressing and resolving all application issues in a timely manner
- Create positive, lasting relationships with our clients and build a referral network
Candidate Profile:
- 5 plus years in Mortgages in a reputed organisation
- Team Handling experience of more than 5 years
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Extra ordinary zeal to perform and deliver targets
- Ability to work with teams cross function - like property sales team, bankers etc
