Job Description:

Safety Officer

Experience: 3~7 years

Qualification: B.Sc./BE/DME with PDIS (Post Diploma in Industrial Safety)

Job Profile:

· Conduct periodical training program for awareness on safety, health and environment.

· Conduct Safety committee meeting periodically..

· Monitor the unsafe act and unsafe condition and report to concerned section.

· Assist procurement to procure the good quality of personal protective equipment.

· Monitor work permit compliance.

· Investigate the accident & incident occurs in the plant and ensures the necessary corrective

action are taken.

· Arrange safety promotional activity and arrange safety competition during safety week.

· Monitor and ensure compliance of legal requirement pertaining to Safety, health and

setting.

· Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address hazardous conditions

and Equipment..

· Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions.

· Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees,



including new hire orientation

and ongoing training. Provide guidance and support to employees on safety-related issues

and concerns.

· Collaborate with other departments and management to ensure safety practices are

ntegrated into all operations and processes.

· HSE implementation monitoring at sites. Hazards Identification, Risk assessments and Job

Safety Analysis.

· Implementing and maintain records of Safety Inspection,Safety Management programs and

other Health and safety activities like

medical checkup, first aid etc

· Conducting safety trainings, Tool Box Talks, Safety walk downs to build safe work

Environment culture.

· Maintain and submit proper reports like Near Miss/ Incident report, safety meeting, PPE

stocks, Safety task assignments etc.

· Conduct Safety related Mock drill and also look after Fire Hydrant System.
