Job Title: Plant Supervisor

Department: Manufacturing

Reports To: Plant Manager/ Director

Job Summary: Oversee daily operations of the sanitaryware manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Management: Supervise production processes and ensure timely completion of manufacturing schedules.
- Quality Control: Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train production staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe workplace.
- Inventory Management:



Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Reporting: Maintain production records and report on key performance indicators.
- LABOUR Should Handle 200-250- labour strictly

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in sanitaryware.
- Solid leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production management and quality control principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
