Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our organizational goals and vision for sustainable growth.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Engagement: Create initiatives to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and overall engagement in alignment with the company’s wellness ethos.
- Training & Development: Design and implement programs to upskill employees and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- HR Operations: Oversee payroll, compliance, and other administrative HR processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to local laws.
- Performance Management: Establish performance appraisal systems to identify and reward high-performing individuals and teams.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (4+ years) in HR leadership roles in the hospitality industry.
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and industry trends.
- Passion for wellness and alignment with Ayurvedic values is a plus.
