Job Description:

Position: AGM - Engineering (Sachin)

Location: Surat - Sachin

Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.

- Ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment availability for production.
- Implement and maintain a robust Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Drive reliability initiatives and root cause analysis (RCA) for chronic equipment failures.
- Manage spare parts inventory and optimize costs without compromising availability.
- Plan and execute capital and revamp projects including new plant setups, debottlenecking, and capacity expansion.
- Prepare project budgets, timelines, and resource plans; ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders during all project phases.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety norms,



and statutory requirements.
- Ensure all maintenance and project activities adhere to safety and environmental regulations (such as OSHA, ISO, GPCB, etc.).
- Conduct regular audits and inspections; implement corrective/preventive actions as required.
- Collaborate with EHS and production teams to ensure smooth and secure plant operations.
