Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Perform daily checks and calibration of lab instruments to maintain precision.
- Conduct testing of veterinary products (both raw materials and finished products).
- Prepare and standardize chemical solutions according to protocols.
- Utilize and maintain lab instruments including UV Spectroscopy, Gas Chromatography (GC), pH Meter, Conductivity Meter, Karl Fischer Titration.
- Basic knowledge of HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) is advantageous.
- Conduct enzyme testing as required.
- Handle sampling-related documents, such as sample registers, equipment logbooks, and cleaning records.
- Perform labelling activities at various stages of the process.
- Execute sampling activities for raw and finished products.
- Distribute samples to other departments as needed.
- Conduct daily balance verification activities.
- Maintain documentation related to sampling tasks.




- Prepare inward material observation reports.
- Collect and share Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for raw materials.
- Prepare QC-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documents as per Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 certification standards.

Qualifications:

- Strong hands-on experience with lab instruments.
- 1-3 years of core experience in QC department with mandate education qualification background from MSC (Organic Chemistry) or any relevant Master's degree
- Basic knowledge of HPLC instruments is a plus.
- Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to follow GLP and QMS protocols.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements.
