Responsibilities
? Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for labels and packaging raw materials. Identify key market segments and target clients within the liquor, retail, food and beverage, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors.
? Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
? Technical Expertise: Utilize your strong technical knowledge of papers, labels, printing, raw materials, machinery, inks, and chemicals to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to clients.
? End-to-End Execution: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing deals. Ensure smooth execution, including setting priorities for work orders, keeping clients updated on progress, and coordinating timely shipments.
? Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Provide insights and recommendations for product and service improvements.
? Client Persuasion:
Use your strong persuasion skills to manage tough clients in critical situations. Resolve any client concerns and maintain client satisfaction.
? Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the design, processing, and production teams to ensure client requirements are met. Act as a bridge between clients and the internal teams.

Requirements:
? Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the packaging industry, with a proven track record in sales and marketing.
? Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of labels, printing, raw materials, and the packaging industry.
? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to clients.
? Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate and resolve challenging situations with clients.
? Team Player: Collaborative and able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
