Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and transactions

- Prepare and maintain financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, etc.)

- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

- Process invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations

- Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks)

- Assist in audits and financial reporting

- Monitor bank transactions and perform reconciliations

- Handle payroll and related compliance (PF/ESIC)

- Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and departments

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial data management

✅ Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software

- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation

- Robust Excel and data analysis skills

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask

- Good communication and coordination skills
