- Monitor system performance including Primary, Secondary & Tertiary treatment stages.
- Ensure proper troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system efficiency.
- Support MEE operations and zero liquid discharge (if applicable).
3️⃣ Process Optimization
- Analyse process parameters (pH, COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, etc.).
- Identify deviations and implement corrective & preventive actions.
- Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.
4️⃣ Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily MIS reports and environmental performance dashboards.
- Maintain operational logs, compliance records, and environmental data.
- Ensure accurate documentation for audits and inspections.
5️⃣ Training & Safety
- Conduct ETP operational and safety training for plant personnel.
- Ensure adherence to environmental SOPs and emergency response procedures.
- Promote environmental awareness and secure work culture.
6️⃣ Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Safety teams.
- Ensure seamless integration of ETP operations with plant activities.
7️⃣ People Leadership
- Supervise shift operators, technicians, and contract staff.
- Drive performance monitoring and continuous skill development.
