Your responsibilities

- Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for machining operations based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software to create toolpaths and generate CNC code.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient and accurate machining.
- Make necessary adjustments to CNC programs to meet quality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot programming and machining issues to minimize downtime.
- Setting up the CNC machine, including loading materials, securing workpieces, and mounting tools.
- Calibrating and configuring CNC machines to ensure precision and accuracy in the machining process.
- Verification and Validation of Production Process.
- Maintain and adhere to the safety practices within the shop floor.
- Maintain and record the documents as per defined in quality management system.

What you bring

- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for CNC/VMC programming. (Siemens controller)





- Should be conversant with 2D Programmer (Siemens controller), MS Office, preferably Solid Cam and working experience with any ERP/FACT System systems.
- Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T;).
- In-depth knowledge of machining processes, tool selection, and cutting parameters.
- Experience in writing and editing CNC/VMC programs for various machining centres.
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming languages.
- Knowledge of 3 & 4 axis machining, Milling, & Laser cutting
- Knowledge of ISO, EMS, OHSAS, Kaizen, 5S, industrial safety ability to handle and control a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues in machining processes.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure the precision and accuracy of machined components.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and production schedules.
