Job Description:

The Civil Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering activities related to construction and infrastructure projects. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, budgeting, and team supervision to ensure timely and quality completion of works, in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage civil construction activities including RCC, structural, finishing, and infrastructure works.

- Supervise site execution to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and timelines.

- Prepare and monitor project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors for smooth workflow.

- Review and verify civil designs, structural layouts, and technical drawings.

- Manage quantity estimation, BOQs, cost control, and billing verification.





- Ensure quality control and safety compliance on-site as per industry standards.

- Maintain all documentation including DPRs, MIS reports, and material reconciliations.

- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical or execution issues.

- Lead and mentor the civil site team and support departments.

Required Qualifications:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

- M.Tech / Post Graduate in Civil/Structural Engineering (Preferred for senior positions

- Robust knowledge of civil construction methods, project planning, and codes
