We are hiring a Sales Manager in Gujarat.

Job Title: Sales Manager – Home Loan / Loan Against Property (LAP)
(Only Male Can Apply)

Location: Jamnagar / Valsad / Rajkot, Gujarat

Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in HL/LAP and Team Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans for HL/LAP products.

- Identify new business opportunities and customer segments to drive growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure professional development.





- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Home Loan and LAP sales.

- Demonstrated team handling experience is a must.

- Solid understanding of the mortgage and property loan market.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
