Job Description:

Qualifications: Bachelors in Mechanical
Engineering or Masters in CAD/CAM or Machine Design

Characteristics:

1. Proven Analytical ability
2. Valuable verbal communication and presentation skills
3. Demonstrate outstanding technical knowledge and ownership of design
4. Through knowledge of GD&T;, tolerance stack-up analysis, etc.
5. Knowledge of FMEA or DFM will be an added advantage
6. Exposure to manufacturing and assembly processes essential.
7. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement both on a personal and organizational level.
8. Team player and networking skills

Responsibilities:

9. Design and analysis of Static Structure, Heavy automobiles, and specialized equipment.

10.Working on Interior Trims (Instrument Panel, Door trims, Pillar trims, etc)

11.



Communicating with customers on day-to-day activities

12. Participate in NPD & VAVE, internal design reviews.

13. Sheetmetal design, surface modeling, 2D creation.

14.Undertaking simple stress calculation and force calculation

15.Engineering Material knowledge

16.Creative ideation

17.Completeassigned work in a timely manner with an appropriate level of effort, followingapplicable practices, methods, and standards.

18.Handles multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizes work appropriately

19.Documentation of design records with appropriate details.

Software can be Creo, Solid edge, Solid works.
