Position - Project manager/Construction manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the overall operations of road construction projects, from planning to execution.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure all activities are aligned with the project goals.
Oversee the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal utilisation across projects.
Monitor the progress of construction activities, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed within the scheduled timeline.
Implement performance metrics to track the efficiency and productivity of the project teams.
Assist in preparing project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure they align with the approved financial plan.
Liaise with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders to maintain transparency and address any concerns related to project operations.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress,



challenges, and opportunities.
Oversee quality control processes, ensuring that all work meets the required specifications and standards.
Address and resolve any quality issues promptly to maintain project integrity.
Identify potential risks related to operations and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Ensure that any operational disruptions are managed effectively to minimise impact on project timelines.

Qualifications:

Education: M.Tech in Civil Engineering or an MBA with a background in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Freshers to 5 year experience

Salary & Benefits:

Compensation: 3.6 to 4.8 Lakhs per Annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
