Job Description: About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in client visits, lead generation, product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and visit potential customers within assigned territories.

- Generate new leads through cold calls, field visits, and networking.

- Present product/service information effectively to prospective clients.

- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.

- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.

- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or internal databases.
