Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB), and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine financial statements and reports in accordance with AASB and IFRS.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS), GST, and other tax filings as per ATO regulations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor budgets and forecasts; provide variance analysis.
- Support payroll processing and superannuation reporting.
- Advise on cost-reduction and profit-improvement opportunities.
- Assist in the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
