Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

- Meet with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable products/services.

- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets.

- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

- Record and maintain client interactions and sales activity in CRM software.





- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

- Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
