Job description as below.

1. The Business Development Officer shall report to the Business Development
Manager.
2. He shall be responsible for the satisfaction of the customers in terms of the services
provided by the laboratory.
3. He shall be responsible for exploring the market potential.
4. He shall be responsible for giving feedback from the customers to the management
responsible for resolving the problems or improving the system.
5. He shall be responsible for the marketing and expansion of the services of the laboratory in
the market by introducing the organization and maintaining the sample flow.
6.



He shall be responsible for the services to the customer with respect to dealing and
providing them information about the existing facilities of the laboratory.
7. He has the authority to send the quotation for the customers’ requirements, with this he is
encouraged to increase the business volume and collection of payment.
8. He can take decisions in accordance with his/her superiors on strengthening the
organization from a marketing point of view.
9. He shall provide all the necessary information to his/her subordinates to deal with the customers independently.
