Job Summary

Purpose of the Job

This role will be responsible for the Product Quality of specific SW Products developed by creating test strategy, test case creation and test execution. The individual will seek to improve quality assurance by exploring new technologies, use modern test tools to improve test efficiency and effectiveness and continuously work on increasing test automation coverage.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 5+ years of extensive experience in software testing with expertise in manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or JUnit.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Leadership and mentoring skills.




- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables)

- Lead the planning and execution of testing activities across multiple projects.
- Define testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Mentor junior testers and provide technical guidance and support.
- Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Analyze test results and provide insights to improve software quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt current testing technologies and approaches.
