We are hiring a Cluster Head / Sales Head in Mumbai.

Job Title: Cluster Head/Sales Head - B2B Business
Industry: Insurance Broking

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Up to 10-12 LPA
Experience: 5+ years in Insurance Broking + Team Handling

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new business partners (Brokers) to expand market reach.

- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue objectives.

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.

- Lead and manage a team of sales and support professionals.

- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

- Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and client retention.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

1. Experience:



At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development within the financial services industry, preferably in Insurance Broking.

2. Skills:

- Strong business development and sales capabilities.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Adaptability to fast-paced and energetic environments.

- Certifications: NISM Series V-A
