Job Description:

Position: Sr. Engineer/Manager -Maintenance

Location: Dadra

Experience: 5- 8 Years

Industries: Wire

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Routine, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of Plant machinery, Air Compressors, Nitrogen generation Plants, Cooling Towers,Pumps, Gear Boxes, Water, RO&DM; water Plant, Pneumatic& Hydraulicequipment’s, Chillers & AHU , ETP& STP Plant
- Hands on experience with high carbon steel & copper wire drawing machines, Strand Pickling, Patenting & Bronze coating of high carbon steel.
- Cable manufacturing m/c in Optical fiber & copper wire plant wire drawing Pairing, Laying, Sheathing m/c ,coloring line, S/Z Stranding , Coilers. Use key Parameter like KPI, MTTR, MTBF, Downtime, and maintenance cost data for improve OEE
- Participate effectively in 5 A’s, Kaizen.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance for increasing machine availability.
- Installation and commissioning of Fiber Optics and copper Cable manufacturing machines.




- Working experience of Workshop Machines like Lathe, Milling, Shaper & drill machines.
- Responsible for minimum downtime & spares managements (Indenting, Specifications, Utilization)
- Effective man power planning and utilization.
- Implementation of ISO 9001, TS 16949, OHSAS 18001

Required Skills:

- Good Knowledge & Experience of wire industry is Must
- Works with manufacturing tools like TPM & 5s for Productivity.
- Provide Internal & External training for improving Skill Matrix of maintenance department.
- Perform root cause analysis for breakdown.
- Team player
- Valuable in communication

Required Qualification: :- B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 4.80 LPA
