1. Experience: 03 TO 06 years of experience In Production manufacturing, operation, process safety and manpower management production planning, unit process in Chemical Industry.
2. Qualification: M. Tech./M.E./M.Sc. chemical engineering.
3. Salary (CTC): will be disclose at the time of interview.
4. Place of posting: Sayakha GIDC, Dahej, Bharuch.
5. Must have key skills:
▪ Managing and handling of production.
▪ Managing production planning to meet production targets.
▪ Managing manpower and monitoring timely execution of various jobs for targets within thetime frame.
▪ To ensure execution of production operations as per SOP.
▪ Responsible to ensure that personnel involved in the production section follow the safetynorms while handling the production process.
▪ To ensure that the production records are maintained and recorded at the time ofperformance.
▪ Responsible to ensure the Maintenance of the equipment’s, facility and system are adequate and coordinate with Maintenance department for plant Maintenance.
▪ To coordinate with Quality control & Quality Assurance to achieve best quality of theproducts. ▪ To ensure the time cycle of all stages of production.
▪ To prepare SOP related to production department.
▪ Responsible to ensure that all production related nonconformities have been resolved as per procedure, if necessary, investigation to be carried out to find out the root causes and CAPAto be taken.
▪ To assign job allocation to the subordinates as per production planning.
▪ To ensure that safety norms and precautions are followed by all production personal.
▪ To co-ordinate for internal GMP activities
▪ Ensure that Validation protocols and reports are reviewed and approved.
