Job Description:

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, Automobile
Experience: min 2 to 4 yrs experience in CNC Machines Setting & programming (Mastercam) and handled machine line prior.
Work location: Vasai east in Mumbai
Vacancies: 4 Nos
Salary budget: 3 Lpa - 4 Lpa

Day to Day Responsibility of our Engineer:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of CNC turning operators and machine technicians to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
• Solid technical proficiency in Mastercam programming, including knowledge of toolpath creation, CNC machine operation, and G-code programming.
• Proven experience in CNC machining operations with Mastercam software
• Plan and schedule production activities, including machine setups, tooling changes, and work assignments, to meet production targets and customer requirements.
• Train and mentor CNC turning operators and technicians on machine operation, setup procedures,



and quality standards to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of CNC turning machines, tools, and workpieces to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Our Ideal Supervisor:
• Proven experience as a CNC Turning Machine Operator and Setter along with Programming.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to set up and operate CNC turning machines.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation, with the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and precision.

Location and commitments:
• Working hours – Mon to Sat – 6 days (Working Culture) – Rotational Shift.
• For Weekends, we work 6 days a week, Sundays are off.
