Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Manager in Sikar

Position: Sales Manager

(Male/Female Both Can Apply)

Job Locations: Mehsana

Skills: B2B Sales, Field Sales, Channel Sales, Marketing, BDE

Salary: ₹7.7 LPA Surat: ₹5.5 LPA

Working Days: 5 days a week

Petrol Allowance: ₹200 per visit

Education: Graduation (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and agency clients.

- Pitch multimedia advertising solutions (print, digital, events) tailored to client needs.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

- Collaborate with editorial, digital, and marketing teams to create customized offerings.

- Track and report sales performance metrics and forecasts.

- Negotiate and close deals with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.





- Build long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business.

- Maintain a strong understanding of all Times Group products and platforms.

- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in media, publishing, or advertising.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of the Indian media landscape.

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
