Job Description: A Purchase Assistant in real estate facilitates the procurement of materials, services, and inventory for construction or property management projects. They manage supplier relationships, process purchase orders (POs), track deliveries, and ensure cost-effectiveness, requiring solid organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of procurement systems to maintain site efficiency. Key Responsibilities

- Purchasing Coordination: Assist in processing purchase orders, requisitions, and vendor documentation.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate prices, track vendor deliveries, and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Inventory & Logistics: Monitor material stock levels and coordinate with site warehouse staff to ensure on-time delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, updated records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information in internal systems.
- Contract Support: Assist with the renewal of annual contracts for project services.
- Invoice Processing:



Liaise with accounts for timely closure of commercial agreements and invoice settlement.

Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is often required, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-4+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support, preferably in construction or real estate.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and experience with purchasing software (e.g., Procurify, SpendMap, or ERP systems).
- Core Competencies: Excellent negotiation, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate/construction procurement and materials.
