We are Hiring for Production and Maintenance Engineers for Pre-cured Tread Rubber Manufacturing
5 to 10 Years Experience 2 to 4 years in the production and Maintenance of Tyre retread units or any tyre industry.
Job Description
1. Should have experience in the Precured Tread Rubber manufacturing process.
2. Responsible for Production output at all production machines and Maintenance
3. Should strictly adhere to production process and system and Maintenance
4. Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual production targets
5. Ensure proper implementation of daily operational maintenance activities.
6. Capable of Troubleshooting issues in production lines and ensure effective running of machines.
7. Coordinate with other departments
8. Basic Knowledge in Mixing Extrusion Curing Calendaring
