Location: Odhav, Ahmedabad
Experience: 06–3 years (or as per requirement)
Salary: 15k to 25k

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage and analyze eCommerce product data. The candidate will track product exports, sales performance, stock levels, and trends across regions, helping the management make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and inventory. Strong Excel skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and validate sales, export, and stock data for all products.

Track product-wise export data: quantity, revenue, and destination.

Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory data.

Analyze sales performance to identify best-selling and low-selling products.

Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards, pivot tables, and reports.

Monitor regional sales trends and provide actionable insights.





Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management to support decision-making.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure accurate data.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates in Excel sheets.

Requirements:

Experience: 1–3 years in data analysis or related role, preferably in eCommerce.

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, or related field.

Skills:

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional Formatting).

Data cleaning, validation, and reporting.

Stock/inventory data management.

Basic knowledge of SQL or other database tools (optional but preferred).

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Positive communication skills for presenting insights
